We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide quality care and aftercare services to patients, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Participate in local community outreach initiatives, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in hearing aid sales or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
