Lot Attendant Job Description

Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the dealership lot, ensuring a clean and well-organized environment.
  • Manage the flow of vehicles from service to recon to front line, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Stock new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accurate and complete inventory.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology to capture high-quality photos and videos of inventory for our website.
  • Place buyer guides and window stickers inside vehicles for display.
  • Clean and maintain the driveway, sidewalks, and entire sales department.
  • Wipe down and move vehicles for display within the showroom.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery with license plates and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
  • Technologically savvy and able to follow directions.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Virginia driver's license.
