Volt is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Winery Workers. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our winery.

• Assist the Winemaking Team: Collaborate with our experienced winemaking team to perform various tasks related to harvest and wine production, including crush and vinification processes.
• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain winery equipment, including crushing equipment, presses, pumps, forklifts, and barrel washers.
• Receive and Store Goods: Receive and store goods, such as grapes, barrels, and supplies, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure Quality Control: Complete all tasks according to quality control standards to ensure the highest quality products.
• Work Safely and Cooperatively: Maintain a safe and cooperative team environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various temperature conditions.
• Flexibility: Be available to work occasional hours during peak season.
• Background Check and Drug Screen: Pass a background check and drug screen (THC is okay).

Competitive pay rate: $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
