Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our hotel's breakfast service and providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Breakfast Service Preparation: Assemble and prepare the breakfast service area to ensure a seamless and efficient meal service.
• Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional guest service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Food and Beverage Service: Receive and process food and beverage orders, and ensure that all orders are delivered to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the breakfast service area, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is critical for this role.
• Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and moving quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
