About the Role

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and operational activities of our facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Property and Facilities to ensure the smooth operation of our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Manage maintenance functions at multiple facilities, including inspecting properties, preparing work orders, and coordinating services with other departments.
  • Facilities Management: Inspect completed projects and maintenance to ensure services are provided as invoiced, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Assist in preparing annual budgets and recommend cost estimates for improvement projects.
  • Standardization and Compliance: Ensure standardization of materials and equipment used in our facilities and maintain compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to prepare written reports and present to groups, and working knowledge of property maintenance and construction techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
