Nuvance Health is seeking a Clinical Linguist to join our team. As a Clinical Linguist, you will work with patients who have speech, language, and swallowing disorders to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This role requires a strong foundation in linguistics and experience working with pediatric populations.

About the Role

This part-time position involves rotating weekend and holiday shifts. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. We offer a competitive salary range of $32.64 - $65.01 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' communication skills using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing deficits
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
  • Minimum one year of experience working with pediatric populations
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Knowledge of FEES or MBS techniques preferred
