Your Role

As a key player in our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations within the cutting areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Assist in preparing cutters and machine guards for operation.
  • Ensure proper functioning of cutting equipment.
  • Continuously supply raw materials to the cutter while monitoring for contaminants.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Change blades on cutters as required, utilizing specialized personal protective equipment.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to cutting operations.
  • Participate in daily sanitation and cleanliness efforts.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free workspace by removing waste materials.
  • Support supervisors or leads with assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols.
  • Follow safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and push tubs weighing up to 600 lbs.
