Job Summary:

The Case Manager provides case management, job coaching, and medical case management services to clients of Mental Health & Recovery Services of Jackson Hole. The Case Manager works as part of a team to support the treatment goals established by the team under the guidance of a mental health professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management and other support and networking services to prospective and enrolled clients of MHRS.
• Coordinate paraprofessional services to support the therapeutic goals established by the treatment team.
• Maintain and manage a client load at a number and scope to be determined by the Executive Director or his/her designee.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with other providers and organizations within the community.
• Respond to case management emergencies as appropriate.
• Complete and maintain all paperwork in a timely manner in accord with MHRS and third-party payer requirements.
• Attend staff meetings, staffing, clinical meetings, supervision, and other meetings as required.
• Fulfill other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director or his/her designee.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline.
• A solid grasp of, and commitment to, the ethical principles of mental health work, especially the principles of confidentiality and the avoidance of dual relationships.

Work Environment:

The Case Manager will work primarily in the community, though he/she will be based in MHRS. In any circumstances, the Case Manager will ensure that the environment for service provision is as safe as possible. In no case will he/she knowingly place himself/herself at clear risk of physical harm.

Benefits:

Full-time employees earn 22 days of PTO throughout the year, as well as are given PTO for 12 holidays.

MHRS will pay the premium for the full-time employee or provide a highly discounted rate depending on the plan chosen by the employee.

MHRS pays for life insurance and MASA (air/ambulance) coverage.

The company offers a 403(b) retirement plan and matches 100% of your contribution, up to 5% of your annual salary.

MHRS also offers a HSA for employees that enroll in a high deductible medical insurance plan, and will provide a match to your contributions.
