Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in the Operating Room to join our Premier Surgery Center at Heart Vascular & Leg Center.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to assigned patients.
* Utilize the nursing process for assessment, goal setting, planning interventions, and continuous evaluation of care provided.
* Adhere to established policies, procedures, standards of care, and regulatory guidelines to maintain quality care delivery.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with best practices.
Requirements:
* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
* Possess a current California RN license.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well with diverse individuals.
* Current CPR certification and ACLS required.
* Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical experience in an acute care facility; Critical Care Unit experience is a plus.
* Ability to work under the supervision of physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
* Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism when interacting with colleagues, patients, and their families.
