Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in social and recreational activities
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities outside the home
  • Document client progress and report any changes in their condition or behavior
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
  • Active Pennsylvania Direct Care Worker License (DCW), CNA certification, or Home Health Aid certification
  • Current BLS and First Aid Certification
  • Proof of a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
