Position Overview:
The Financial Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing bookkeeping activities along with general administrative and clerical tasks.
The main duties of the Financial Operations Coordinator include maintaining up-to-date financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of necessary information, and providing administrative support to other essential functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support the President in the daily management of business operations.
- Contribute to enhancing the efficiency of corporate facilities.
- Aid in monitoring and enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Assist in establishing and upholding security protocols to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to governmental agencies regarding licenses, fees, and filings.
- Stay informed about developments in employee benefits, human resources, insurance, and compliance regulations to maintain competitiveness and adherence to laws.
This is a full-time, in-office role with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.Qualifications:
Proficiency in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
