As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients in various clinical settings affiliated with Self Medical Group. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive medical histories and physical assessments to deliver appropriate patient care in alignment with established medical protocols and within your professional scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly document patient history and care plans in the electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring timely closure of encounters as per the guidelines set by Self Medical Group.
- Complete all tasks generated by the EMR system and support the care team in meeting Meaningful Use objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by physicians, practice managers, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited advanced nursing program and hold a current license to practice as an advanced nurse practitioner in South Carolina.
