Epic Travel Staffing is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role involves providing high-quality care in a critical care setting.

Position Overview

Job Details
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Weekly Hours: 36 hours
  • Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Qualifications
  • Active NY RN License
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Progressive Care experience
  • 2 years of Special Care Unit experience required
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • 1-2 years of travel nursing experience preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Additional Information
  • Experience with EPIC charting is a plus
  • Some floating may be required
  • Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:3-4 in a 24-bed unit
  • Level 2 trauma center and teaching facility
  • Involvement with telemetry, drips, A-lines, and ventilators
