Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve quality outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
