About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our Office Team. As a Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming titles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming titles, verifying transferability to the buyer in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise with titles.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring all documents are properly filed and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure all titles are processed and delivered to purchasing dealers in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations related to vehicle titles.
Requirements
  • Experience in title processing and A/R is highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash handling skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
