Key Responsibilities- Provide Quality Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our menu items and provide guests with a personalized and attentive experience.
- Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages to guests in a punctual, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Act as an Advocate for the Restaurant: Be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
- Support the Team: Provide support and assistance to your team while maintaining a clean, dry, and safe environment for your coworkers.
- Manage Guest Orders: Receive and take guest orders, process them in our POS system quickly and accurately, and prepare and serve meal accompaniments to guests.
- Learn and Maintain Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain product knowledge of our food, wine, and beverage menu(s), as well as general restaurant knowledge.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience, and relay any complaints to management.
- Perform Sidework: Perform setup and breakdown of various stations, open bottled wine for guests, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
- Certifications: Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
- Skills: Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests, and calculate accurate bill amounts.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility: Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
