Salary:$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description:
The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, emotional support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort. You will perform direct care as assigned, in accordance with the resident's care plan, and as directed by your Supervisor. Other duties may include following health, sanitary, and infection control policies, maintaining established standards of practice, and working with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old (if 16 years old, must currently be in high school).
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
