About the Role

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will need to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production targets.
  • Accurately account for all transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Possess personal lines or property and casualty license (not required but preferred).
  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Have sales or customer service experience.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate ability to build strong relationships with sales customers.
  • Show excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
  • Be an ambitious professional driven by the opportunity for advancement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
