Nurse Practitioner

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and care team to provide holistic care
- Utilize the nursing process to make care decisions based on the condition of the patient
- Participate in unit-specific certifications and training programs
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Prior related nursing experience preferred
- Licensed in the State of Vermont
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Unit-specific certifications as required
What We Offer
- Competitive differentials - $4.25 - 2nd, $8.00 - 3rd, $4.75 - Weekend
- Pay range: $32.57 - $55.09
