Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Expert to join our team at Courtyard Los Angeles Torrance/Palos Verdes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and personalized.
• Manage the guest experience, from setting tables to communicating with the kitchen and interacting with guests.
• Ensure that all work areas and supplies are clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Manage menu knowledge, including reading and verifying information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.
