RADIAS Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to provide high-quality services in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults with serious and persistent mental illness, providing direct services, developing therapeutic relationships, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct services to residents, including medication administration and crisis intervention
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Certified Peer Specialists and Mental Health Therapists
- Assist in the orientation of new admissions and teach independent living skills
- Identify and address behavior emergencies, and develop additional programming as needed
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health sciences or related field, plus 2,000 hours of work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
