Restaurant Host

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Front of House Staff member to join our team at Cajun Group LLC. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Receive and confirm reservations, both in-person and over the phone
• Direct guests to the bar or their tables as needed
• Provide menus and answer questions about our menu offerings
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate with the kitchen staff
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

• Previous experience in a front of house role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
