As a Weatherization Technician, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits, installing energy-efficient measures, and educating customers on the benefits of energy conservation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits to identify areas of energy inefficiency
• Install energy-efficient measures, such as weatherstripping, smart thermostats, and low-flow showerheads
• Provide education and training to customers on energy conservation and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Prior experience in a related field, such as HVAC or construction, is preferred
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Knowledge of basic tools and power tools
