Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by determining product needs, assisting in the sales process, and scheduling installations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, verifying merchandise, and assisting the store manager in the profitable operation of the store.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, verifying merchandise and ensuring it is attractive and well-presented.
- Assist the store manager in the profitable operation of the store, including rental order form verification and digital communication platform management.
- Utilize digital communication platforms for managing leads and customer interactions.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is desirable, but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
- Must comply with our drug-free workplace program and pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with our organizational standards.
