Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Staff Nurse in Tower 3 Medical Observation at East Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the nursing team in achieving positive patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate patient care in alignment with the professional practice model.
  • Manage and provide care to patients and their families, directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This is a regular, third-shift position with 36 scheduled hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
  • Current Ohio license or interim permit.
  • Experience in relevant care setting preferred.
