The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist participates in various Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care and treatment programs
- Participate in Rehabilitation Services department activities to enhance patient care and programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- State of Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within 90 days
