CDL A Delivery Driver

Welcome to Gordon Food Service, where we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a CDL A Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.

With a focus on safety and efficiency, you'll be responsible for unloading cases up to 100 lbs and using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. You'll work a Monday-Friday schedule with start times between 3 AM and 5 AM, and you'll be home every day.

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive pay package, including an average salary of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a guaranteed minimum of $1,070 per week. You'll also receive daily base pay, plus component bay, and be paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health plans starting on day one, weekly pay, wellness reimbursement, profit sharing, and a 401(k) with company match. You'll also have access to emergency child and elder care, and 95% of our leadership is hired from within the company.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be at least 21 years old, have a Class A CDL license at hire or within 90 days of start date, and be able to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds. You'll also need to pass a drug test and background check, and be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
