We are seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health, a national provider of mental healthcare services. As a school-based mental health professional, you will work with students and staff in our partner schools to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to students and staff in school settings.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and consultation services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work).
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations in school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
