Maintenance Worker

At Friendly Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and experience in grounds and landscaping work. They will be responsible for carrying out grounds work and maintenance duties, including minor repairs, painting, and heavy cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grounds upkeep tasks in the courtyard and immediate front of the building.
• Report to the fire zone when the alarm sounds.
• Participate in in-service education and safety programs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grounds and landscaping work.
• Valid NYS driver's license.
• Good health.
