Your role will involve greeting guests, managing their details, distributing room keys and assignments, and addressing any general inquiries to ensure they enjoy a pleasant stay.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding guests' needs both in-person and online related to room reservations, pricing, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Address customer concerns as necessary.

Perform essential administrative tasks:
maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information.

  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, provide room keys and numbers, and securely record payment information.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk representative, hotel receptionist, or guest service professional.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and managing challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
