Job Summary:

In alignment with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers philosophy, the Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting, providing health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups, including well-child exams, adolescent exams, and adult physicals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient clinical care in an ambulatory setting.
  • Conduct health maintenance exams with patient education for all age groups.
  • Assess medical conditions and interpret findings.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in nursing.
  • Nurse practitioner certification from an accredited association.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Special Skills:

Licensure:

  • Licensed by the State of California Board of Registered Nurse.
  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Basic Life Support certification.

Pay Range:

$82.40/hour
