About the Role

As a Floor Care Attendant at Great Wolf Resorts, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort's flooring and carpet. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain flooring and carpet throughout the resort, including public areas, stairwells, and guest rooms
  • Perform pile lifting to ensure flooring meets resort standards
  • Respond to maintenance issues in public areas and communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with handling cleaning chemicals
  • Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to climb multiple flights of stairs on a daily basis and walk frequently
