Job Summary

The Outlet Associate plays a vital role in assisting the outlet leadership in achieving operational goals. This includes performing various duties such as cashiering, sorting items, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer
  • Provides general information about Goodwill programs and directs higher-level questions to leadership
  • Maintains cleanliness of the facility and safely moves furniture to the sales floor
  • Assists with customer furniture carry-out requests and exhibits a willingness to cross-train in various outlet functions
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse processes
