Job Description

Caviness Beef Packers, a family-owned and operated company for over 60 years, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience and be able to read, write, and speak English.

The successful candidate will operate heavy machinery, use various tools to repair and maintain equipment, conduct daily setup of areas, troubleshoot issues, and work around power sources. Additionally, they will ensure safety, food safety, and quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance-related subjects
  • Valid Driver's License required

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
