Key Responsibilities:

Assist nurses in providing resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and bathrooms
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
Assist with vital signs and monthly weights, recording results in the EMR
Document resident information, including vital signs, weight, and meal monitoring
Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries to residents and staff

Requirements:

Current Certified Nurse's Assistant certificate in the State of Illinois
High school diploma preferred
Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
