Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating complex equipment to produce high-quality radiographs, collaborating with the Radiologist and staff to develop and implement department procedures and protocols, and providing direct patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens gamma cameras and be registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology by the ARRT or the Nuclear Medicine Technology certification Board. Current licensure in the State of Ohio is also required.

This is a dayshift position, working Monday through Friday from 5AM to 1:30PM. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will work under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Manager and will be responsible for assisting in Radiology front office when patient schedule/volumes allow.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and will be able to work independently and collaboratively with the Radiologist, manager, and staff. Experience with EPIC is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate complex equipment to produce high-quality radiographs
• Collaborate with the Radiologist and staff to develop and implement department procedures and protocols
• Provide direct patient care
• Assist in Radiology front office when patient schedule/volumes allow
• Work under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Manager
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and procedures

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Experience with Siemens gamma cameras

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and will be able to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and procedures. The position requires the ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
