We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with neurological injuries and disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure.
  • Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders.
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
