The Role You'll Contribute:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing respiratory clinical care to age-specific groups, assessing patient needs, and developing effective treatment plans. Your expertise in respiratory therapy will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and make appropriate decisions based on patient evaluation and needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Document and charge procedures accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
  • Active and Current State License as required by state licensing board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification if applicable
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) if applicable
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) if applicable
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
  • Active RRT-ACCS credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Active Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (NPS) credential

Salary:

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
