Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician Level 1 to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food contact equipment and surroundings
  • Conduct chemical concentration tests on cleaning and sanitizing solutions
  • Follow all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
  • Perform general maintenance on sanitation equipment
  • Disassemble equipment for cleaning and reassemble clean parts
  • Complete sanitation paperwork, including the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) and Chemical Usage Monitoring Forms
  • Complete ATP and allergen swabbing and record results properly
  • Attend all chemical safety training
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 55 pounds as needed
  • Ability to read, comprehend work instructions, and complete all required and necessary paperwork
  • Ability to work in a seasonally hot and fast-paced environment while wearing all required company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE)
Working Conditions

Our facility manufactures a food product, therefore cleanliness and food safety, as well as your own personal safety, are of the utmost importance. You will be required to wear all necessary PPE and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
