Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bellstand Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, recording advance requests as needed and communicating parking procedures clearly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
