CNC Programmer

In support of our client, we are seeking a skilled CNC Lead Programmer to join their team on location near our manufacturing facility.

This is a direct hire or contract to hire opportunity with our client.

• Oversee the programming and operation of CNC machines
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
• Utilize expertise in blueprint reading, CNC programming, and machining to ensure precision and efficiency in our production processes
• Drive innovation and quality in our manufacturing operations
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals

• Experience with Doosan Mill & Lathe, along with some ProtoTRAK machines a plus but not required
• Some exposure to CNC Mills and Lathes using FANUC controls
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mathematical knowledge
• Ability to properly use and read a measuring tape, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Computer operating skills
• CNC programming/operation/maintenance knowledge
• Self-motivated and able to maintain acceptable levels of performance with minimal supervision
• Detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and able to solve problems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ethical and honest
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to pass a company required drug test
• Willing to work some overtime when production demands
