We are seeking a skilled Renal Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a Renal Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence within our organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
