As a key member of the Redlands Radiology team, the Radiology Team Lead will play a vital role in coordinating the delivery of healthcare services to assist in diagnosis and treatment. This position will direct human and physical resources to achieve an established standard of care in radiologic sciences, exercising professional judgment in the performance of duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
- Direct human and physical resources to achieve an established standard of care in radiologic sciences.
- Exercise professional judgment in the performance of duties.
- Assure appropriate patient care management and adjust daily operations to meet the needs of a changing work environment.
- Provide healthcare services, applying X-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
- Perform radiologic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
Qualifications:
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Certification by the State of California (CRT) is required.
- Certification by the State of California in Fluoroscopy is required.
- MAB test is required within 6 months of hire if assigned to work in the Emergency Department.
- Certificate of venipuncture for contrast media injection is required within 6 months of hire if establishing new IV access for the purpose of contrast injection.
