Habilitation Counselor

We are seeking a skilled Habilitation Counselor to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Pennsylvania. As a Habilitation Counselor, you will provide critical support and guidance to young women with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral and emotional challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation counseling or a related field, with experience working with individuals with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising daily activities, and promoting social, emotional, physical, and self-help skills in our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field
