Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sandalwood Management, Inc. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment
  • Conduct 24-hour emergency maintenance and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our properties
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and ensure quality results
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work on-call, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and staff in a professional manner
  • Experience with HVAC and pool maintenance a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
