Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified mental health therapist to join our team at the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County. As a mental health specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychotherapeutic interventions to youth and adults.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of eight clients, providing individual and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct clinical assessments and psychosocial histories to determine individual needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans and crisis safety plans.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and statistics.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support systems.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a recognized mental health discipline.
- Appropriate licensure or certification, including LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
