Craft Mixologist

The Stonebreaker, a boutique hotel located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, seeks an experienced and skilled Craft Mixologist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative cocktails and menus that exceed customer expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient ordering and minimizing waste
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
• Alcohol service training certificate a plus (will train if needed)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
