Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

About the Role:
Autaistically inclined children thrive with our state-of-the-art behavioral services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be part of a passionate community delivering meaningful impacts on children and families in need of autism services.

Salary: $23.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Childcare experience required
