Residential Electrician

A Team Home Services is seeking a skilled Residential Wireman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing electrical tasks at an apprentice level under supervision, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

• Perform electrical tasks at an apprentice level, including installation of electrical wiring in homes, rough-ins, outlets, light fixtures, and breaker panels.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams to follow wiring plans and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Serve as the license holder on certain jobs and assist in project planning.
• Transition into an install or service lead role after 6 months.

• Current Texas Wireman or Journeyman License.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and display excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage workflow in a timely and consistent manner.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background and drug screening.

Pay range: $20-$25 hourly. Benefits after 90-day probationary period include paid holidays, paid time off, paid birthdays, paid sick time, employee health coverage, and 401(k) match.
