Job Title: Clinician Community Services

The Methodist Home of Kentucky, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinician Community Services to join our team. As a Clinician Community Services, you will provide therapeutic, clinical behavioral health services to youth and their families.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinician Community Services to provide out-patient and school-based therapy, as well as Targeted Case Management. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work, and a current Professional License as required by Kentucky professional boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention/risk assessment, treatment planning, education, intensive out-patient services, individual, family, group and collateral therapy and referral.
  • Supervise and care under the directives of an individualized comprehensive treatment plan in compliance with all applicable directives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of discipline-specific requirements of corresponding licensing board.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licensure and certification.
  • Manage diverse caseloads with a variety of clinical needs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Current Professional License as required by Kentucky professional boards (LPCC, LCADC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in related field of licensure.
  • Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal and engagement skills, and professional maturity.
  • Ability to support the agency's mission and philosophy, and demonstrate respect for cultural diversity and team-centric harmony.
